About

Avalon Massage & Wellness is the creation of Henry Avalon Kaldhusdal, a 2022 graduate of the Minneapolis Aveda Institute’s massage therapy program. He has always been drawn to making a career out of healing, and strongly believes in massage therapy’s ability to promote both physical and emotional wellness. Henry practices both Swedish and deep tissue massage, and has a special interest in reflexology and abdominal digestive massage.

Relaxation

Relaxation massage implements long gliding strokes to encourage blood flow, boost immunity, and promote emotional wellness and calm. This modality can be used to treat stress, fatigue, depression, anxiety, and more.
→ 60, 90, and 120 minute sessions are available.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage focuses on treating congestion and strain in the deeper layers of the body's muscle and connective tissues. This modality can be used to break up scar tissue, soothe areas of chronic pain, and relieve overall muscle tension.
→ 30, 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions are available.

Massage Add-Ons

Additional modalities are available to add to your session free of charge, such as foot reflexology, aromatherapy, abdominal digestive massage, and TMJ treatment. During each session, we'll work together to find the combination of techniques to best treat your stress, pain, or tension.
